Giselle Homes Limited was founded with a commitment to delivering professional real estate services. Over the years, we have expanded our expertise to include real estate-related engineering, procurement, maintenance, and project management services across diverse industries worldwide.
From a one-person operation, we have grown into a dynamic organization with a dedicated team of 11 staff members and 25 freelancers. We collaborate with both government and private sector clients to design, build, and maintain some of the most complex and challenging capital projects.
Recognizing that every transaction is unique, our team continuously develops innovative methods, cutting-edge technology, and efficient management systems to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. I am a Real Estate Investment Specialist/Consultant, always sourcing for unique property investment opportunities that deliver for investors: from luxury 5 Star Boutique Hotels to centrally located fully managed student properties; off plan Property deals -all thoroughly researched.
I work with clients with many different real estate needs. My vast experience and knowledge give me the advantage when negotiating or locating properties and I have built my reputation by emphasizing our core values of Trust, Respect, Integrity and Commitment. These are the standards I work by, and the promises I make to my Investors and Developers.
My area of expertise ranges from negotiating and structuring of deals like Joint Venture Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions(M&A), International Procurement from wide array of industries including oil and gas, Energy and real estate.
I have an MBA from the University Of Wales and a BA (Hons) in Marketing from University of Glamorgan, Wales United Kingdom.
Beyond my academic and career interests, I have always been passionate about projects that improve the quality of peoples lives and ensure high returns on investment.
